We now have a NO REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY on ALL ORDERS! However, we will accept returns/ exchange if there was an issue on OUR behalf. Otherwise, hair sales, ready to ship and custom wig orders ARE FINAL
To be eligible for return/ exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, or unused, lace still intact, and its original package. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return/exchange you can contact us at contact@wigsbyteecollection.com. If return/ exchange accepted we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Failure to not request return/ exchange will not be accepted. Must contact us within five days after receiving your package failure to do so will forfeit your return/exchange request.
Damages and issues Please, be sure to inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Exceptions/ non-returnable items Certain items can’t be returned such as custom products (special orders) or sale items or gift cards unfortunately.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please, remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post refund.
Shipping carriers and deliveries
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items once they leave our possession. We will work diligently to get your items to you with no issues during transit. Although, the responsibility of lost, stolen, or damaged items does not fall solely upon us. If you have any issues or concerns regarding lost, damaged, or stolen items, feel free to contact the shipping carriers.

Ready to ship wigs will typically take 1-3 business days to process and ship out.
Our signature raw wigs orders takes 14-21 business days to process and 1-3 business days to ship.
During high volume of orders, holidays, and sales please expect turnaround times to be extended. In addition, shipping and processing times are two different things. Orders are not processed on the weekends.
If you have a special event please make sure to place your order in advance to receive your package in time. As we are only able to expedite shipping NOT our processing times.
